...developing cyber security, digital & computer forensics expert for the nation
COMMENTS ON THE FIRST EVER BOOT CAMP IN NIGERIA BY THE PARTICIPANTS

This is a landmark achievement in the development of technology and law in Nigeria. As a world-class Institute with very rich curricula on various facets of Computer Forensics, I believe the CFIN shall develop a new breed of world-class professionals in this field. The CFIN is one of the best things that has happened to Nigeria in her quest for digital/cyber crime control, hi-tech security and legal development.
The first Boot Camp is a great success.

It has been reported that 90% of crime committed all over the world are not reported and 81% of crime committed are not detected.
As a criminologist and a security student, I have benefited a lot in this training as it has open me up to understand the reasons why many crime are not detected.
Computer crimes are hardly detected, unless with the help of a computer forensics experts. The world should come here for training especially the police and law enforcement agency. So that they can detect crime easily. Thanks

The emerging of this Institute and my studying in it has exposed me to high level security issues in the computer/IT industry. I had the best of leadership and legally related computer training and have decided to also dedicate my professional practice to combating crime via this institution. Just as GSM came into Nigeria and gradually became a key communication media; so I am convinced Computer Forensics Institute has come to create a solid platform that will combat issues of digital and computer crime in Nigeria.

The training is well prepared for by the institute, the materials supplied to participants and committed President of CFIN, the course Coordinator are excellent. I have a good time throughout the periods of learning but I believe that this first Computer Forensics Institute must be well advertised to all Nigerians and people from all works of life so that the vision of the Institute will be achieved.
