1.  How do I register for the West African Digital and Computer Forensics Conference?

Pay your conference registration fee at any Diamond Bank branch national-wide.   

Bank Account details are as follows:

Then send a copy of bank teller together with the following details:

  • Title (e.g. Dr./Mr./ Mrs/ etc.)

  • Surname (Last Name)
  • Phone Number
  • Name of your organization

to: conference2012@cfinonline.org and copying: computerforensicsnigeria@gmail.com.

You can also register at the venue by visiting the Registration Desk where you could also make your payment.

Conference materials can be picked up at the Registration Desk from Tuesday, 17th April, 2012 (3pm-6pm).


2.  How much does it cost to attend the conference?

Please note that there is a discount for early payment.  Attendees should also refer to the table below:

3.  Policy on Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

The registration cancellation policy stated below supersedes all other cancellation policies both stated and implied.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.  All conference materials will need to be picked up in person at the conference and you must provide a valid driver’s license or passport to claim your conference materials.  No conference materials will be shipped.

4.  What overnight accommodations are available?

You may book your hotel directly with any of the following hotels in Abuja:

  • The Sheraton Hotels, Abuja;
  • Transcorp-Hilton Hotel, Abuja
  • Bolton White Hotel, Abuja
  • Reiz Hotels, Abuja
  • Chelsea Hotel, Abuja
  • Anglican Church Guest House, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja
  • All Saints Guest House, Wuse Zone 3, Abuja

Be sure to mention you are attending the Digital and Computer Forensics Conference to receive the exclusive discount for delegates. Please note that your conference registration fee does NOT include accommodations and transportation.  Attendees must make their own hotel reservations.

5.  How do I find the hotel and conference site?

Any taxi or cab driver should be able to take you to the venue and the hotels.

6.  When and where do I sign in once I am at the Conference site?

Registration will be held in the Registration Desk beginning at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, 17th April and will remain open throughout the conference until 5:00 pm daily.

7.  What are the conference hours?

9am to 5pm except on Thursday, 19th April, 2012 when conference sessions will end at 3pm and Induction Ceremony/Awards Nite will take place from 5pm to 9pm.

8.  Will conference attendees be provided with name badges?

Yes.  All conference attendees MUST wear name badges while in the conference area.

9.  Will vendors/exhibitors be in attendance?

Yes.  Industry-specific vendors will be exhibiting at the Conference presenting the latest products, services and technologies.  The exhibit area will be open from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Wednesday – Friday, 18th - 20th April, 2012.
